Skarbowa, Leszno, Poland
A residential and service building located in the center of Leszno. It is a modern project with an original façade that stands out from the neighboring tenement houses.
The building has five floors and an underground garage. There are both single and duplex apartments in the facility. Most of them have a terrace, balcony or loggia. Creating a common space for residents is a distinguishing feature of this investment.
The facility, awarded with the title of the Leader of Revitalization, is an example of atrial construction. An interesting design and the use of high-quality materials made the new investment very popular among investors from the very beginning.
The design of the building included external elevations made in Alucobond technology and the architectural assumption was the perfect arrangement of the cladding ribs with the vertical and horizontal lines of the windows. To achieve such an effect, all assembly works and setting of windows and flush-mounted roller shutters were supervised by a surveyor employed by the investor using theodolite.
All windows are PVC solutions in one-sided anthracite. The installation depth is 70 mm. There are air inlets in the kitchen windows to improve ventilation in the rooms.
The order also included electrically operated roller shutters. This solution provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, because it does not interfere with the window lintel structure, and thus does not affect the energy balance of the building.
The windows are equipped with triple glazing with exceptional translucency at the level of Lt = 74%. Flats and premises located on the street side have been equipped with windows with soundproof glass in order to provide the residents with the best possible living comfort.
All windows are balcony, with railings or balconies on the outside.
