Coy-Davis, USA
The Coy-Davis residence, with high-quality windows from AWILUX, became the show house during the Green Home Tour - real estate fair in the USA.
Due to the coronavirus, the event took place remotely, and the houses can be visited virtually.
The Coy-Davis Residence in Durham measures over 500 m2. The architect has planned an open zone as well as a private part for each household member. The three bedrooms upstairs have their own bay windows overlooking the forest. The house is zero-emission, well-insulated, heated with a heat pump (geothermal HVAC system), and photovoltaic panels e installed on the roof. Particularly noteworthy are the huge glazing that let a lot of natural light into the interior. Silver aluminum windows emphasized the character of the interior.
